I'll publish the full content ASAP, but for now I just wanted to update you on a few things. Mainly, the change in direction for Enhancement Consulting.
As many of you already know my expertise is in relationship management. My approach to personal development uses entrepreneurship, professional development, and thought leadership as the mechanisms for facilitating the desired changes. That is the philosophy that is at the heart of my personal coaching. It was the success that my clients experienced that led me to develop the Simple Plan Personal Coaching System.
What is changing are the contents of that system. I have developed a series of software products: Your Perfect Solution:Starting the Right Business for You, Clarity: Relationship Valuation Analysis, and Clear Strategy: The Backbone of the Simple Plan System, which will put the same analysis that had been offered in consultations at your fingertips. This means more affordable and value packed solutions.
The Simple Plan Resource Center will be upgraded as a membership site that will offer a private forum with virtual coaching access and additional products. Products will be continually developed and offered exclusively for the term of membership without additional costs and for webmasters this will include a resell products vault.
Why all the changes? I started Enhancement Consulting because I love empowering and helping people to create successful lives. However, recently I realized that putting so much time into the one on one consulting wasn't really working for me. It didn't leave me enough time for the things I enjoy like my family, writing,working on the website,my art, etc. So, I got creative about to make this a win-win situation.
For those that haven't worked with me, you may not know, but your work should be a joy, not just something you do to make money. If that is how you're living contact me because you're cheating yourself out of real happiness and fulfillment. Are you tolerating relationships that don't make you feel happy and alive, that don't create the opportunity for everyone to be at their best? If you answered "yes", then you need to implement the Simple Plan priniciples of relationship management, at the very least visit the Simple Plan website.
Relationships deteriorate when anyone is denying their true requirements and that is vital for you to understand for your personal and professional success. This is true for a business that prices their product too low to meet their goals or personal partnership where someone is settling for less than they really want. The secret isn't getting the other party to change, it's taking responsibility for the life you are creating at any given moment with each and every choice. That's why I developed the new software products to share the Simple Plan Personal Coaching System(c) with you whenever you need it.

I've accepted the opportunity to be a moderator for the InstantBuzz community forum [IB is a new free advertising system that has revolutionized internet marketing. But it requires an invitation to join, if you register and post your request in my forum, see announcements board, I will send your invitation ASAP]and it's been far more vibrant and active than I anticipated. I'd like to put more energy into that as time goes on. But I've also gotten some fabulous writing opportunitites that I don't want to turn down. For instance, I've gotten a copywriting contract based on my relationship expertise. And it goes without saying, perhaps, that my family is a top priority. In addition I have other projects that I want to take to the next level, but I also value my relationships with you. Thankfully, I think I've come up with solutions that work for all of us without disregarding anyone's interest/needs.
I've already told you about the software applications and membership website, but there's more. Eventually, I will be adding a Platinum Membership option that includes one hour of one on one personal coaching/consulting time (which can be divided however you want- two thirty minute sessions, etc.) with your monthly membership. This means I will not be handling more than eight to ten clients at a time. Those are high end numbers since I suspect that it'll actually be half that.
OK, that's about it for right now. I just wanted to make sure you knew what was going on first. I've already started to revamp the website and I'm uploading some products today. The new forum was opened last week so stop by and share your comments, introduce yourself, get relationship advice, promote your business offer, or find joint venture partners (if it happens to be down just try again later) and introduce yourself. The new membership website and revised resource center will be completed as soon as possible.
