Could the Civil Right Movement have happened with Judge Roberts as the Chief Justice on the Supreme Court Bench?That's the question that nagged me and I was pleased it was at least brought up by Sen. Kennedy. However, it's a bit like depending on the job interview to reveal the truth of who someone is in the reality of actions taken daily.
